Founded in 2020 by Andrew Chau and Hang Luu, Achieve Championship initially was a personal online fitness program designed to help those who have been stuck and frustrated with their health and fitness journey.

Whilst the essence of our service has remained the same, we've evolved to a family of not just highly specialised coaches, but your main pillar of support in all aspects of your life, inside and outside fitness. We bridge the gap between you and a successful integration of fitness in your lifestyle by helping you navigate your busy work/life schedules and creating personalised strategies that you can realistically implement into your existing lifestyle.

FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR / MINDSET MENTOR

Hey! I'm Andrew and I'm one of the founders of Achieve Championship and I am the fat loss specialist but also the mindset mentor.

Unlike most coaches, I haven't been in shape my whole life, as a matter of fact, I've been overweight my whole life. I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD, I suffered from asthma, had acne and eczema, was bullied and teased my whole life for being fat. I've been on my fitness journey since 2009, up and down, on and off for years trying to lose the weight - so I understand how it feels to be frustrated, demotivated, disheartened by the lack of progress. I had tried everything from keto diets, intermittent fasting and even as extreme as eating ONE meal a day - I got short term results, but nothing stuck, besides the weight I was carrying for YEARS.

Like with everything else in my life, I gave up on my fitness.

It came to a point in my life, 7 years ago that all my poor decisions, lack of commitment to myself lead me into a dark hole - I was jobless with no degree, no career, living at home smoking weed, spending my time playing computer games, gambling, partying and drinking 3-4 times a week. My mental health deteriorated, my friends didn't want to be friends with me anymore. I woke up every day in the same loop - I was lost.

While in my hole, I kept dreaming about a day that my life would be better - the more I dreamt, the further my dream slipped away from not taking action. I felt so disappointed with myself that despite being brought up with a supportive family, all I had to show for it was being a bum.

I had always envisioned myself to have a family one day, have children - but by the way I was going, I wasn't sure if that would even happen, let alone be worthy of raising another human being. I decided one day, that it was time to make a change. The journey was tough and arduous and definitely didn't happen overnight. But every day for 7 years, I kept dreaming about who I wanted to be for those I cared about. Through every step, I saw my future children going down the same path and I wanted to be empower myself to be able to guide them through my challenges.

From this journey, I learned so much about myself, which now are the lessons I teach my clients today. I went from being a hopeless victim of my circumstances to being able to lead the family I now call Achieve Championship.

If you're stuck, with your fitness, life, relationship and feel like there's a different life out there for you, just know that I understand, I feel your pain and it's my life's mission to help guide you through the uncertainty and darkness so you can feel like yourself again.

My name is Andrew Chau and I am imperfect.

CO-FOUNDER / MUSCLE TONING / SELF-CARE

Hello! I'm Hang, and I'm the co-founder of Achieve Championship. I specialised in fat loss and body recomposition through fitness and self-care.

A little bit about me: I am a big foodie. I love my mamma’s Vietnamese cooking, korean bbq, dragon hotpot, yumcha, lasagna, cheese cake and dont get me started on BobaTea. Eating good foods has always brought me joy.

Growing up, I loved sports, so I never had to deal with weight gain.

However, after high school, things escalated, and I stopped being active. I got into partying and drinking alcohol, binge drinking on weekends, and eating out almost every day, which caused me to gain nearly 10kgs over 3 years. 10kgs is a lot for someone petite like me. It happened so gradually I didn't even realise it till I saw photos of myself.

I started to struggle to fit into my old clothes. I started wearing oversize shirts and avoided taking photos. Over time I realised that these bad habits kept piling up. I was no longer happy with who I was, relying on alcohol to have fun, and my mental health was deteriorating. That's when I knew I needed to make a change.

It was not easy - I have tried many things and failed throughout my journey. I associated fitness with torturing and punishing myself. I would do hours of cardio on the treadmill to burn off the calories I had eaten. I would starve and restrict myself, cut out carbs and sweets, and eat chicken and broccoli, but I hated it so much that I gave up.

Because I am a big foodie, I always had to pick between getting in shape or food, so I stayed in limbo for a very long time, trying, giving up and trying.

After many trials and errors, I realised I approached fitness from the wrong angles. Fitness shouldn't be a form of self-torture. Fitness is a form of self-care and self-love.

I found balance in everything I do. I stopped cutting out foods I love. I eat to nourish and fuel my body to function and perform my best.

I train to get a stronger MIND & BODY.

Being on this fitness journey allowed me to pursue a self-discovery journey alongside it. I've learned things about myself that I never knew before. It allowed me to set small milestones, and after every achievement, I started believing in myself a little bit more, and I became happier and more confident. It showed me what I was capable of mentally and physically as long as I put my mind to it.

I do it for the love of growth.

I have viewed fitness from two very different spectrums, and my mission is to empower my clients and all the women out there that fitness shouldn't feel miserable, you shouldn't suffer, it should be enjoyable, it should be fun, it should make you feel empowered.

Whatever you want to achieve, You've got this. I am rooting for you.

My name is Hang Luu, and I am learning to love myself a little more each day.

Fun Fact about Hang

I like doggo and ramen (not doggo in ramen) and I can move my hair like a wig.

BODY RECOMPOSITION / MUSCLE-BUILDING

Hi! I'm Nam, one of Achieve Championship coaches specializing in building muscles, strength, and body re-composition.

I have always been an active person who enjoys sports and being active. That led to me completing my degree in Health and Physical Education teaching at university. However, after my first year of Bachelor's, I did not know if this was for me and wanted to change path. After going out on a date with my crush, she said I was called scrawny and skinny, so she felt unsafe around me. It was like a punch in the face for me, and I decided to make a change and started hitting the gym. I have tried training many times but feeling sore for days after training, insufficient nutritional information, and not knowing what was right or wrong, and I gave up.

However, I got to the point of "I MUST change" because I never wanted to be called scrawny and skinny EVER again. So, I went on a chicken breast, broccoli, and mash potato diet for three months. I gained 10kg, but in return, I would be visiting the toilet every 3 hours because of bloating.

I thought to myself, "there has to be better ways." I started researching and exploring different food, only to realize there is so much more out there that I have not discovered in terms of training and nutrition. On top of that, time is the one asset that I never want to waste, so I hired a coach to help me with my journey.

My journey has never been linear. I have gained muscles and lost them all. I have had as many great days as my bad days. I went on a restrictive diet, and I have gone on a "see food" diet. All of them helped me realize that what works for me is sustainable, not what society tells me.

If you are someone who has little amount of time, struggle with your lifestyle, and are serious about making a change in not just your fitness but your relationship with yourself, I feel you.

My mission is to help guide you through those struggles and get you to love life and live your life to the fullest.

CLIENT SUCCESS COACH

Hey guys!, Im Viz, ive been a client for Achieve Championship for 8 months and i am now transitioning to become a Coach for the program. I was a Mechanical Plumber for 10 years but Ive always had a passion for fitness and helping others since i was young but I never believed in myself to pursue the dream.

Until I heard about the Achieve Championship program, Ive been training inconsistently for 5 years and never really cared about nutrition. I was consuming large amount of junk food everyday and my taste pallet only craved anything that was fried or oily. I had no energy to do anything besides wanting to sit on the couch and watch tv. The thought of even walking to places made me miserable.

I kept saying to myself that if i just keep working out, eventually my body will change. Well it didnt, I fluctuated in weight but never once, was i even close to looking like the physique i wanted. I never liked asking for help as it made me felt inadequate. As i got older, i realised time became of the essence and thought to myself, do i want to spend the next 5 years on the same trajectory or do i want to make it count.

So i took a leap of faith and joined the friendly bunch at Achieve Championship and within 16 weeks i was able to achieve my dream physique. Another 16 weeks later i ended up competing in my first body physique competition and even got a placing. The program not only changed my body but it changed my mindset, In fact it changed my whole perspective of life. I honestly feel like i’ve just gained another 10 years of my life back.

After experiencing this I decided to quit my Plumbing career and made it my life's goal to help others achieve the life changing experience i had.

If you are someone who feels like there's more to life, that you aren't happy where you are and deep down inside you know you got more to give.

Trust me, that i will dedicate myself 100% to help you get there.

CLIENT SUCCESS COACH

Hey! I'm Tudor and I've been a client on the Achieve Championship program since the start of 2022. I'm currently studying to transition into a coach as part of the AC team following great success on the program last year. Prior to this transition, I was an honours graduate majoring in construction management working in the insurance building field. Although my original plan was to stay in construction for the long term, throughout COVID, I slowly lost interest in construction and was not happy with my mental or physical health. I ended up leaving construction towards the end of 2021 with no back up plan and hoped for the best.

Seeing one of my closest friends, Andrew, succeed in the fitness industry inspired me to get back into fitness and join the program. Fitness was always apart of my life as I grew up swimming, playing tennis and even hit the gym consistently but following high school, fitness went to the bottom of my priority list. Instead, during my time at university, I was either out drinking and partying or at home stuck in my room playing computer games for hours on end. As a result, my mental and physical health deteriorated after years of abuse and it came to a point where I felt like I had no reason to live. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of ordering Uber Eats everyday, emotionally eating, smoking weed, gaming till sun rise and waking up in the afternoon to do it all over again which took me from around 70kgs all the way to 89kgs at my worst.

Thankfully, Andrew reached out to me at the end of 2021 and helped me set some new goals to smash in 2022. I agreed to invest in myself and join the program with the amount I had saved up during my time working in construction and have not looked back since. Although it was tough at the start, day by day, week by week, things got a bit easier and I started to remember why I loved fitness to begin with. I built a solid foundation of habits and pushed myself to get to the finish line and obtain my dream physique. I soon realised that health is wealth and having a solid mindset was the key to life. Instead of always taking the path of least resistance, my mindset evolved to constantly seek out difficult tasks to conquer and I understood that this was the only way to grow as a person.

I'm now in the best physical and mental shape of my life and have set more difficult goals to try and achieve. I'm aiming to eventually complete a full marathon, get into the ring to compete in boxing and continue building on my strength and conditioning in the gym. Fitness has provided me the foundation to build off and after achieving my dream physique, it has allowed me to realise that you can do anything you put your mind to as long as you put in the work, stay disciplined and have a detailed game plan to execute by setting goals.

If you are feeling a bit lost without a sense of direction, looking to make a change in your life but not sure where to start or realise that you are always seeking out activities to provide you with instant gratification, I understand your struggles and feel your pain.

My name is Tudor and my mission is to help those stuck in the similar toxic cycle that I was in and help you be the best version of yourself by using fitness as a foundation for mental and physical growth.

Fun Fact about Tudor

I love combat sports, football (soccer), cars and classic World of Warcraft (please don't judge me LOL). I channel my inner gamer's mindset (to be efficient, effective and have the most optimal strategy) into real life to achieve my goals

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING / PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Hello! My name is Lyndon and I specialise in powerlifting, and strength and condition training. I am currently completing the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Health and Medical Science) which will take me into Master of Physiotherapy.

My journey in fitness started when I was a kid. As the only child, my parents gave me their 100% of attention, which meant feeding me as much food as they could! Although this was great, I became the chubbiest kid in school. Because of this, I started comparing myself to how others around me looked. I became self-conscious, insecure and obsessed with how I looked. To combat this, my parents enrolled me into many sports such as karate, swimming and soccer.

As I finally started losing weight, I became faster and agile. In grade 5, I joined the school athletics team and in year 7, I took my fitness to the next level and join an athletics club where I eventually had the chance to represent the state at nationals.

During high school, I was the fittest and fastest kid in school. However, I was also the skinniest and weakest! When I was 16 years old, my best friend took me to the gym for the first time and that’s where my journey as a powerlifter started. As a powerlifter, I had the opportunity to compete at the Arnold Classics. I’ve also had the honour of representing the country in New Zealand and Canada (Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships).

After high school, I competed my Bachelor of Sport Science. I also got my personal trainer qualifications. Then I completed my Australian Strength and Conditioning and Powerlifting level 1 certificate to specialise in S&C and powerlifting training. As a coach, I’ve helped many beginners become strong, confident and proud powerlifters. I’ve also helped many sports athletes become faster and agile so that they can dominate in their sport. Life as a coach was great!

In 2020, my fitness had taken a turn for the worst. Some bad things happened in my life, and I tried to escape my reality by partying too much. Then Covid happened, and the gym that I worked at closed. I gained 10kg and lost majority of my fitness. However, one morning, I woke up and desperately wanted to get my life back under control. Without hesitation, I joined a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team, where my passion for sport and fitness reignited! For the next two years, I’ve worked hard every day to lose the weight that I’ve gained, to rebuild my strength, and to become the happiest and healthiest version of myself.

Fast forward to today, I am the leanest I have ever been after losing 20kg of body weight. My goals are to maintain my physique while building muscle and strength, and while still being functional, flexible and agile every day.

I'm still a long way from where I want to be. I've been skinny, and I've been heavy, I’ve been weak, and I’ve been stronger. But for once, I am 100% happy and proud of the body that I am in.

We all deserve to feel worthy in our own skin and worthy of success. We all deserve a chance to work hard for the body we wish we had. We only have one body, and we only have one life to fulfil the physique of our dreams.

We should all have the chance to work towards a healthier life, so we can live longer and not suffer from disease which will reduce our life expectancy!

I like going to raves and stopped owning t-shirts once I got ripped
